Formerly a professional athlete, Taylor focuses her training on elevating fitness, and minimizing injuries. She finds her passion for fitness in her past experience as an athlete, and as a coach. Coming from a team background, the feeling of community and high energy mix and fuel her classes along with her hip hop upbeat playlist. She uses fundamental techniques and dynamic movements to build a base while learning new things and having fun. With a smile but also the control of a coach, Taylor will push you to get better in every class!
I like my clients training like athletes and also taking care of their bodies the same way an athlete would. Strength and cardio training around stability and practicing good form for safety is my philosophy.
