Day #1
Everything you need to know
Plan to arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes early for your first Circuit Works class. Once you’re signed in, we’ll show you around and introduce you to your trainer. If you are 17 years of age or younger then your parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the waiver in person.
Just a good pair of running shoes and a water bottle – leave the rest to us. We provide the towels, the inspiration, and the beats. (Bottled water is also available for sale, or you can refill your own using our filtered water system).
Support and guidance every step of the way! Please let us know if you have injuries, movement concerns, or if you’re looking for a more challenging experience. Your trainer can modify the workout to fit your needs – that’s why we’re here. Video monitors along the wall display the routine you will be doing at each station so you’ll know exactly where to go and what to do. Our trainers will make the proper corrections and adjustments for you at each station, just as a one-on-one personal trainer would.
How fast the time flies and the sense of community you’ll feel- not just from the trainers and staff but also from your fellow CircuitWorkers. Plan on having that spiritual breakthrough, that sense of empowerment. You’ll walk out a different, stronger, better person.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Should you reserve a space in class and fail to cancel 12 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class. If running late for class, please notify the studio. Your spot will only be held until the start of class when we release reservations to the Waitlist for anyone not present.
