Alexa is a yoga instructor with a multi-cultural background, having been raised in Holland and Spain. Trained in both Sculpt and Vinyasa style yoga, she focuses on injury, modification, and balance sequencing. With her background in dancing, she has developed a keen understanding of the body and creativity for her class sequencing. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting and guiding people on their yoga journey. She offers her expertise to every student, bringing them closer to their goal.
