CONTROL 50

This 50 min reformer class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles using a time under tension

CIRCUIT 50

20 min for core, 20 min for lower body & 10 min for upper body this 50-minute reformer Pilates class uses

POWER LUNCH

Theres no time like lunch time to get in a quick workout! Power Lunch Pilates is a fast paced, 45-minute class.

FULL BODY 50

Get ready to feel the burn and shake in this full body intensive 50-minute reformer-based class.
Full body 50 mixes traditional sculpt and tone Pilates moves with props including booty bands, rings and more!
This intense class is for clients looking to focus on their full body and compound exercises while getting their heart
rate up. To enhance your workout experience, we keep classes small with just eight beds, our trainers help you to

BOOTY & CORE WORK

Get ready to feel the burn and shake in this lower half and core intensive 50-minute reformer-based class.
BC work mixes traditional sculpt and tone Pilates moves with props including booty bands, rings and more! This
intense class is for clients looking to focus on the core and booty while getting their heart rate up. To enhance your
workout experience, we keep classes small with just eight beds, our trainers help you to improve your Pilates
technique and optimize your results.

Fundamentals Reformer Pilates

It’s a 50 min intro full-body class geared toward those new to Reformer Pilates or if you come back from a hiatus and need a re-introduction. The class has fewer transitions than our other Reformer Pilates classes and It is designed to accommodate beginners. But it’s also the perfect class to focus on technique, form and stamina, which makes it an excellent class regardless of your skill level. ‘Fundamentals Reformer Pilates’ creates a strong Reformer Pilates foundation while concentrating on form and technique.

HOW TO PREPARE

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to the studio.

No admittance to class 5 minutes after the start time of class.

No cell phones, gum chewing or loose jewelry in class.

Proper workout attire required. No jeans, denim, work clothes, etc. allowed.

GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED. They are available for purchase at the studio.

Notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class!
