Wearing a heart rate tracker during class gets you to target the specific zones your body needs to achieve the desired results and reach your unique fat burning heart rate zone. Your stats are displayed live on the monitors during class so you can adjust your effort level up or down based on your existing heart rate zone calculator. You’ll see when you are too low, or too high and can adjust accordingly during your group fitness workout.
Your real-time heart rate and color-coded heart rate zones continuously show you whether you’re getting the most from your functional strength training and hiit cardio workout. Plus! Get your results summary emailed to you after each workout so you can keep track of your fitness progress.
